4. Return Shipping

However, if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Exchanges (Size Issues)

If you need a size exchange:

  • Provide images if needed
  • Exchange will be processed after approval

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund

After 24 hours:

  • Cancellation may not be guaranteed as order processing begins

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

We will offer a replacement or full refund.
